New York Restaurant Association Fights for Fair Letter Grading System!
While the NYSRA has managed to work with the NYC Dept. of Health and Mental Hygiene to revamp the long-standing Letter Grade System, used as a "report card" of a restaurant's cleanliness, some issues have been raised as to its fairness and accuracy in reflecting the sanitary conditions of NYC's eateries.
The NYSRA is rallying support from restauranteurs throughout the City in order to have the newly-passed grading system corrected to more accurately reflect sanitary conditions.
If you'd like to review the issues as well as learn how you express your concerns about this grading system, please download and review the press release/donation form issued by the New York State Restaurant Association.
